Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Rice Spice. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Opened or unopened, it doesn't matter. If it's not for you, let us know.

How it works

To start a return, email us at Paul@getricespice.com with your order number and a quick note that you'd like a refund. We'll reply with a prepaid shipping label so you can send the product back at no cost to you.

Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The details

The 30 day window starts the day your order is delivered. Refunds apply to both opened and unopened product, so even if you've given it a try and decided it's not for you, you're covered. We provide a prepaid return label, so you won't pay anything to ship it back.
